2. Description of Service

Autoopía is an online vehicle marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of used vehicles in Colombia. We provide tools to list, search, compare, and contact sellers regarding vehicle listings. Autoopía acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Vehicle Listings

When creating a vehicle listing on Autoopía, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority to sell it
• Photos uploaded are genuine images of the vehicle being sold
• Prices listed are in Colombian Pesos (COP) and reflect the actual asking price
• Listings will remain active for up to 90 days and may be renewed thereafter

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Attempting to defraud other users
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scraping or harvesting data from the platform without permission
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform
• Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

The Autoopía name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Autoopía and are protected by Colombian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Autoopía shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any vehicle listings or user-submitted content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
